iPhone 5 is easier to repair than previous iPhones

The iPhone 5 was launched recently, and it came with a bunch of new features. While the phone’s design wasn’t revolutionary, it looks quite different from its predecessors, the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S, owing to the use of a larger screen and the absence of a glass panel at the back.

Cheapest Tablet : Just for US$41.15

The much awaited and the cheapest tablet Aakash 2 is all set for its launch in October in India.

As reported by Alice Truong of Forbes the Aakash tablet costs US$41.15 but with the subsidy from the Indian government the cost comes to $35 a piece for a student.

Mercedes Benz B class has launched in India with a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh.

The vehicle has a four cylinder 1595cc direct injection petrol engine with a 7 speed dual clutch box. The new vehicle is loaded with seven-speed DCT auto box, start-stop system, airbags, attention assist, hill-start  and brake assist, and a panoramic sunroof.

iPhone 5 has lifted up as the fastest-selling device Apple has ever released with more than 2 million orders, twice the one million orders iPhone 4S racked up on its launch last October.

iPhone 5 pre-orders have shattered the previous record held by iPhone 4S and the customer response to iPhone 5 has been phenomenal.

Rare 1928 Mercedes found in garage fetches nearly 3m pounds at auction

A rare 1928 Mercedes supercar, which spent 60 years gathering dust in a garage, has fetched almost 3 million pounds at an auction.


The S-Type Mercedes-Benz - the supercar of its generation that easily reached over 100mph - still runs perfectly despite being stuck in a 'time warp', and not driven since 1952.

iPhone5 is not just a phone

Apple's iPhone 5 is one of the biggest product launches ever in the sector, and may also deliver a well-timed stimulus to the US economy ahead of the presidential election, analysts say. 

Apple is expected to sell as many as 10 million of the devices in just the first days of the launch starting September 21, and upwards of 50 million in the fourth quarter, including a big chunk in the United States.

GoDaddy apologizes for outage with 30% discounts

GoDaddy announced Thursday 30 percent across-the-board discounts to its customers as an apology for an outage that knocked out the company's services for several hours this week.

"We owe you a big apology for the intermittent service outages we experienced on September 10 that may have impacted your website, your e-mail and other Go Daddy services," GoDaddy CEO Scott Wagner writes in an e-mail to the company's customers.

The Apple Store's comparison tool lists the 16GB iPhone 5 at $649, the 32GB at $749, and the top of the line model 64GB at $849.

New species of monkey has been identified in Africa

A new species of monkey has been identified in Africa, the second one in 28 years, say scientists.

The primate was discovered in the Democratic Republic of Congo where it is known locally as a "lesula".

iPhone 5 to first hit Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan in Asia

Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan will be the first Asian countries that will sell Apple's iPhone 5 when it is launched worldwide on Sep. 21.

The handset which comes in either white and silver, or black and slate will be available for pre-order from this Friday. Its body is about 18 percent slimmer and 20 percent lighter than the iPhone 4S at 7.6mm thin and weighing 112g.
